Getting on ralli takes about three minutes. What happens afterwards — the profile, the backers, the wallet, the milestones that pay your circle back — is the part worth understanding before you apply. Here is the whole thing, with screenshots of the real pages you will use.
The flow in one paragraph
You apply in five short steps. We review you (usually within 48 hours). Once approved, your public profile goes live with your story, goal and funding target. You invite your existing community to become founding backers. Members allocate Credits to you and 70% lands in your wallet as real funding. Every time you log a verified milestone, your Athlete Rating Points convert into ralli rewards points™ that are paid back to the people who backed you — so your circle wins when you win, and they stay.
Step 1 — Apply (5 steps, ~3 minutes)
Pick your sport, tell us about yourself, share your story and ultimate goal, set your funding ask and reach, then verify your email and create a password. There is no photo upload required to get through the form, and your progress autosaves — if you drop off, you can resume from the same email.
Under 18? There are two modes. Ages 7–12 are guardian-managed: your parent or guardian creates and runs the account. Ages 13–17 can hold their own login and manage their own profile — only the payout wallet stays with a guardian until you turn 18.
Step 2 — Approval and your profile going live
We check that you are a real, competing athlete and that your details line up. On approval, everything you wrote in the application flows straight through to your public profile: your bio, your ultimate goal and target year, what your support funds, why you compete, and your notable achievements. Nothing needs to be re-entered.
Step 3 — What your public profile looks like
Your profile is your pitch. A full-bleed hero with your photo (you control the focal point), your sport, age and location, your funding progress, and a Back me panel with preset amounts. Below that: your journey in your own words, your verified milestones, your personal bests, your social feed and your backing history.
Step 4 — Founding backers and the Vault connection
The first ten members to back you with $50 or more are locked in as founding backers and their names live on your profile permanently. Further down the page, backers see exactly what your milestones have paid out and what those points buy in the Vault — premium merch, memorabilia, vouchers and events. That is the hook that turns a one-off donation into an ongoing circle.
Step 5 — Your dashboard
Your dashboard is the back end of your ralli page. The left-hand nav gives you Dashboard, Milestones, Community, Growth Hub, Referrals, Wallet, Help and Account — plus a one-tap switch back to your public site.
The Dashboard home leads with your founding athlete badge and hero, then available to withdraw with a Withdraw button, and four cards: funding received, your ralli rating, your lifecycle stage and verified milestones. Underneath, this month's profile visits, supporters joined, conversion rate and funding generated sit next to your recent supporters.
Scroll on and you get the credibility builders: a featured video (upload a highlight reel or paste a YouTube, TikTok or Instagram link and it pins to the top of your public profile), next events for upcoming competitions, qualifiers and camps, in the media for articles and interviews written about you, and official profiles for your governing body, federation or ranking pages so backers can verify your record without you re-typing every result.
Then there is your update composer. Prompts like Training win, Thank a backer, Milestone hit, What''s next and Behind the scenes get you started, you choose Public or Backers only, attach a photo or video, and your backers see it in their notifications. Below that, your social feed — paste any Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X link and it renders on your ralli page, or write a native ralli-only post.
Milestones — the engine
Milestones are how your backers get paid, and they are open to grassroots and emerging athletes, not just elite ones: a new personal best, being named team captain, club champion, player of the match, a regional or district selection, a national squad call-up.
You submit a milestone with evidence — a link to a governing body result, an official event page, a screenshot, or several. Our team reviews it. If we cannot verify the source we will request more information, and you will be notified in your dashboard with a box to reply, add links and upload images. Approved milestones trigger a celebration and a reward payout to every backer in your circle. Rejected ones come with a reason, and you can open a support ticket to dispute it.
Two rules worth knowing: a personal best only counts if it was set in an official competition, not training — and any new PB in the same discipline must beat your previous verified one, with proof. Your PBs stay public on your profile so progress is trackable.
Getting paid
Funding is real money, not points. 70% of every allocation lands in your wallet. To withdraw, you complete a three-step wallet setup: identity verification, bank details, then confirmation. It is handled by our payments provider — ralli never sees or stores your bank credentials or ID documents. For athletes under 18 the wallet is completed and controlled by a guardian.
The other things you get
- Referrals — refer another athlete and, once they are approved, you both receive 25 credits.
- Backer chat — talk directly to the people funding you. For athletes aged 7–16 this is guardrailed and guardian-monitored.
- Guardian dual login — from 13, an athlete and their guardian can both manage the same account with the same rights (wallet aside).
- Share cards — cinematic, full-bleed cards sized for Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn, generated from your profile photo.

Post updates. Thank your backers. Log your milestones as they happen. The athletes doing best on ralli are not the most decorated — they are the ones whose circle hears from them.
