Athlete Agreement

This Athlete Agreement is between you (the "Athlete") and ralli. It applies once your application is approved and is in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Your obligations

• Provide accurate information about yourself, your sport, and your achievements.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) before your first payout.
• Submit milestones honestly with supporting evidence.
• Engage respectfully with members who back you.
• Comply with the anti-doping and conduct rules of your sport's governing body.

2. The 70 / 15 / 15 split

Of every contribution from a member: 70% is paid to you, 15% fuels the rewards ecosystem (Vault drops, milestone bonuses), and 15% powers platform operations.

3. Withdrawals & payouts

You can request a withdrawal once your available balance is at least $50 USD. All withdrawals must be for sport-related expenses — coaching, travel, competition entry, recovery, equipment, and other career-progression costs. Every request is reviewed and approved by ralli to ensure funds are used for athletic growth.

Once approved, your withdrawal is paid into the bank account you nominated during Stripe Connect onboarding via Stripe Express. Funds typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Stripe transaction fees are deducted from each payout.

4. Tax

You are an independent athlete, not an employee of ralli. You are responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, GST/VAT, or other taxes that apply to payouts you receive.

5. Content licence

You grant ralli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your name, image, profile content, and posted updates to promote you and the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Rewards

If you list rewards in The Vault, you are responsible for delivering what you promised. ralli may remove rewards or suspend your account if fulfilment fails.

7. Active-status attestation

Because ralli members back you on the basis that you are actively pursuing your sporting career, you agree to complete an Active-Status Attestation at least once every 12 months, and whenever ralli reasonably requests one. In the attestation you confirm that you are still actively training and competing (or working toward return from injury), and that your profile, sport, and goals remain accurate.

• We will remind you by email 30 days before your attestation is due, again at 7 days, and once overdue.
• If your attestation becomes 30+ days overdue, ralli will automatically pause your profile from receiving new backing and Vault activity, pending review.
• A paused profile displays a transparency notice to members and may be reactivated once you complete the attestation and pass ralli review.
• If you retire, step away from your sport, or materially change your competitive plans, you must tell ralli promptly via the attestation flow or by emailing athletes@rallihq.co. Continuing to receive backing while inactive, without disclosure, is a breach of this Agreement.
• ralli may withhold payouts, reverse allocations, or cancel your profile where an attestation is found to be false or misleading.

8. Suspension & instant cancellation

ralli reserves the right to instantly cancel, suspend, or remove your profile without notice where, in our reasonable judgement, you have breached this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or the conduct standards of your sport — or where your behaviour towards members, other athletes, or the ralli team is abusive, harassing, unsafe, dishonest, or otherwise poor. This includes conduct on and off the platform that materially damages members or brings the ralli community into disrepute. You may close your account at any time; any unpaid funded balance will be paid out subject to KYC verification and any amounts withheld in connection with a breach.

Governing-body suspensions or bans. If you are suspended, banned, sanctioned, or otherwise found in breach by your sport's national or international governing body, anti-doping authority, league, or federation — for any reason, including doping, integrity breaches, or misconduct — ralli will cancel your athlete profile. Cancellation may take effect immediately upon ralli becoming aware of the decision, whether or not the decision is under appeal. Any unpaid funded balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the governing-body process and ralli's own review.

9. Disputes

Disputes are handled by the ralli operations team. Final decisions on suspensions, payouts, attestation reviews, and milestone verifications rest with ralli.
