This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. By purchasing a membership, top-up, or gift you agree to these terms.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not refund partial months once the period has started.
Once credits have been allocated to an athlete, the allocation is non-refundable. Those funds have been transferred to support that athlete and may already have been withdrawn to pay for coaching, travel, or equipment. This applies regardless of whether the credits came from a subscription, top-up, or gift.
If you allocate by mistake, contact us within 24 hours of the allocation. We will attempt to reverse it with the athlete's agreement, but cannot guarantee recovery once funds have been paid out.
One-off top-up purchases are refundable within 14 days only for the portion of credits still sitting unallocated in your wallet. Any credits already allocated to an athlete fall under section 2 and cannot be refunded.
Unredeemed gift codes can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a code has been redeemed by the recipient, it is treated as an active membership and section 1 applies. Credits already allocated by the recipient fall under section 2.
Digital rewards are non-refundable once delivered. Physical rewards can be returned for a credit refund within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition; return shipping is at your cost.
In cases of confirmed fraud, unauthorised charges, or a platform error, ralli may issue a full refund at our discretion, regardless of allocation status. Any resulting shortfall is absorbed by the platform, not clawed back from the athlete.
Open a ticket from Help & Support inside the app, or email support@rallihq.co with your order or membership reference. We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
