These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ralli ("we", "us", the "Platform"). By creating an account, contributing credits, or applying as an athlete, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ralli. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may create an account only with the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian manages the account, including payment methods and communication preferences, and is responsible for all activity on the account. Users under 13 are not permitted to use ralli under any circumstances.
Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits purchased or granted with a membership are non-cash, non-transferable, and may expire if your membership lapses. Allocating credits to an athlete is final and cannot be reversed once the athlete has received the funded portion.
Of each contribution: 70% is paid to the athlete you back, 15% fuels the rewards ecosystem (Vault drops, milestone bonuses), and 15% powers platform operations. This split may be adjusted with notice.
Rewards in The Vault are provided by athletes, ralli, or partner brands. Availability is limited, redemptions are final, and physical items are subject to shipping timelines. ralli is not responsible for the condition or experience delivered by an independent athlete or partner.
You agree not to use ralli for fraud, money laundering, harassment, impersonation, scraping, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain rights to content you upload. By posting on ralli, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform and in related marketing.
ralli is provided "as is". Backing an athlete is a contribution to their development — it is not an investment, security, loan, or guarantee of return. ralli Credits are not currency and have no cash value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ralli's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Athletes must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to receive payouts directly. Athletes aged 7–17 may apply with verified parental or guardian consent, but all payouts will be directed to the parent or guardian's nominated account until the athlete reaches the age of majority.
Athletes are independent and not employees of ralli. Athletes are responsible for their own training, conduct, tax obligations, and compliance with the rules of their sport. ralli may suspend an athlete who breaches these Terms or brings the platform into disrepute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
