Is this a sponsorship deal?

No. ralli isn't a brand deal. It's a direct fan-funded model. There's no agency, no locked-in obligations, no media rights traded away.

What's the difference between credits and ralli Rewards™?

Credits are what you allocate to athletes from your membership. ralli Rewards™ are what you earn back — 1 Reward for every 10 credits allocated, plus a pro-rata share of the Reward Pool when your athletes hit verified milestones. Rewards are redeemable in the Vault.

What happens to my Rewards if an athlete doesn't hit milestones?

Your contribution still helped fund their journey, and you keep the 1-per-10 allocation Rewards. Milestone Pool payouts are a bonus tied to verified wins, not a guarantee — and the 15% rewards share keeps the vault stocked either way.

How are milestones verified?

Every milestone comes from a standardised catalog. Athletes submit one of: official sporting results, governing body rankings, national selections, professional contracts, or approved media releases. ralli admin reviews and approves before any Reward Pool is paid — protecting the sustainability of the ecosystem.

How does the percentage reward pool release work?

Each milestone has a release percentage set by the result: 15% for local / club, 25% regional & national, 35% national elite, 50% international & professional. On verification, that percentage of the athlete's available reward pool is released to their backers, split pro-rata based on each member's rolling 90-day average allocation and rounded so every active backer receives something. Two things stop points sitting idle: every 90 days without a verified milestone adds +5% to the next release (capped at 60%), and if a pool grows beyond roughly six months of backing, the excess is released in full on the next verified milestone. Every approved athlete also starts with a 25-point founding pool seed from ralli, and every verified milestone releases a minimum of 5 points where the pool can cover it — so early milestones still pay real Rewards.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, anytime. You keep any ralli Rewards™ already earned. Unused credits expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Is it really 100% free for athletes?

Yes. There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no upfront costs to join. We keep a 15% platform fee from member allocations which is reinvested into marketing, advertising, and ambassadors to grow the ralli community and increase your exposure.

How do athletes get paid?

Funds land in their athlete wallet within ralli. Athletes request withdrawals for career-progression expenses — coaching, travel, competition entry, recovery, equipment — and ralli approves every request to ensure funds fuel athletic growth. Once approved, funds usually clear within 2–5 business days.
