Athletes request withdrawals for sport-related expenses — coaching, travel, competition entry, recovery, equipment. Every request is reviewed and approved by ralli to ensure funds fuel athletic growth. Once approved, money is paid into the athlete's nominated bank account via Stripe within 3–5 business days. All transactions are visible inside both athlete and admin dashboards.

Is this a sponsorship deal?

No. ralli isn't a brand deal — it's a direct fan-funded model with no agency, no locked-in obligations and no media rights traded away. That said, a verified ralli profile with an active backing community gives athletes real profile exposure for potential sponsorship & brand deals through ralli's brand partner network.

What's the difference between credits and ralliRewards™?

Credits are what you allocate to athletes from your membership. ralliRewards™ are what you earn back — members earn 1 Reward for every 10 credits allocated, plus a pro-rata share of the Reward Pool when your athletes hit verified milestones. Guest backers earn at half the member rate (1 Reward per 20 credits) and those points are held safely until they join. Rewards are redeemable in the Vault.

What happens to my Rewards if an athlete doesn't hit milestones?

Your contribution still helped fund their journey, and you keep the 1-per-10 allocation Rewards. If an athlete goes 6 months without a verified milestone, 50% of their available reward pool is automatically released pro-rata to their backers — so your support keeps earning. Milestone payouts on top of that are a bonus tied to verified wins.

How are milestones verified?

Every milestone comes from a standardised catalog. Athletes submit one of: official sporting results, governing body rankings, national selections, professional contracts, or approved media releases. ralli admin reviews and approves before any Reward Pool is paid — protecting the sustainability of the ecosystem.

How does the percentage reward pool release work?

Every milestone releases a set share of the athlete's available reward pool: 35% for grassroots, club & regional, 50% for national, 75% for elite, international & professional. That share is split pro-rata across backers by rolling 90-day average allocation, with every active backer receiving something. Points never sit idle — each 90 days without a verified milestone adds +5% (up to +25%). If no milestone is verified for 6 months, 50% of the pool is automatically released to backers. Every approved athlete starts with a 25-point founding seed, and each verified milestone pays at least 5 points where the pool allows.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, anytime. You keep any ralliRewards™ already earned. Unused credits expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Is it really 100% free for athletes?

Yes. There are no listing fees, monthly subscriptions or upfront costs to join. ralli keeps a 15% platform fee from member allocations to run and grow the platform. Athletes recruit their own backers; wider exposure is an additional opportunity, not a promise.

How much time does maintaining a profile take?
