Members
When you cancel your membership
- Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again.
- We do not refund partial months (see the Refund Policy).
- Your profile, backing history, and Rewards™ balance stay on file so you can pick up where you left off.
Your credits
- Any unallocated credits remain in your wallet for 6 months after cancellation.
- During that window you can allocate them to an athlete or reactivate and keep them.
- After 6 months, unallocated credits are removed and cannot be recovered.
Your Rewards™
- Your Rewards™ balance is held for 12 months after cancellation.
- You can redeem or reactivate anytime in that window.
- After 12 months, any remaining Rewards™ expire.
Reactivating
- You can reactivate your membership at any point within 12 months — your profile, history, and any remaining balance are restored to the same state.
- We'll send you gentle reminders before anything expires (around 60 days, 30 days before credits expire, and again before Rewards™ expire).
- After 12 months, the account is closed and personal data is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.
Athletes
Pause vs. Close
Athletes have two options — Pause is the soft default. Close is only for athletes who are ready to fully step away.
Pause your profile
- Your profile is hidden from discovery and featured lists.
- Your wallet, milestones, backers, and history stay exactly as they are.
- You stop receiving new backing while paused.
- Resume anytime — you're back where you left off, instantly.
Close your account
- Your profile is hidden and you stop receiving new backing.
- You have 6 months to withdraw any remaining wallet balance to your connected payout account.
- Backers with pending milestones are notified so they can adjust.
- Pending milestones that have not been verified are forfeited and released back to the backers' credit balances.
- Your account can be restored within 12 months — profile, backers, and history return to the same state (subject to any funds already withdrawn).
- After 12 months, the account is permanently closed and personal data is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.
Reminders you'll get
- Around 30 days before your withdrawal window ends.
- Around 30 days before your reactivation window ends.
- A final confirmation when the account is closed.
