ARP → Reward Pool
Each verified milestone awards the athlete Athlete Rating Points (ARP)— the number that drives their tier, visibility and priority within ralli. Bigger milestones also release a larger percentage of the athlete’s available reward poolto their backers, from grassroots moments up to elite achievements.
Release bands
The release is split pro-rata across that athlete's backers, based on their average allocation to the athlete over the trailing 90 days. Long-term backers earn more of the pool than late arrivals — but new members who back a comeback still share in the next milestone, and the split is rounded so every active backer receives something. The payout is always capped by the total rewards pool that athlete’s circle has generated.
Two things stop a pool sitting idle. Every 90 days without a verified milestone adds +5% to the next release (capped at 60%), and if a pool grows beyond roughly six months of backing, the excess is released in full on the next verified milestone.
Every approved athlete starts with a 25-point founding pool seed from ralli, so their very first verified milestone pays real points before member backing has built up. On top of that, every verified milestone releases a minimum of 5 points whenever the pool can cover it.

Recurrence rules
Most milestones are repeatable per unique event, edition or cycle — a new PB at a different distance, a podium at a different meet, a new sponsor, or a new season captaincy each earn a fresh claim. A small set of true career firsts stay once-only.

One claim per unique event/cycle — no double-dipping on the same result.
Upgrades pay the delta — moving Top 10 → #1 mid-cycle earns the difference, not the full pool again.
New evidence required — each claim needs its own verifiable source.
