Member Agreement

This Member Agreement is between you (the "Member") and ralli. It applies once you create a member account and is in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation & Reactivation Policy.

1. Who can be a member

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Backing athletes

When you back an athlete, your contribution is split 70 / 15 / 15: 70% goes to the athlete, 15% fuels the rewards ecosystem (Vault drops and milestone bonuses), and 15% powers platform operations. Contributions are made as a member of ralli, not as an investment, loan, charitable donation, or purchase of equity.

3. Membership & billing

Membership tiers, pricing, and included benefits are described on the Membership page. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation & Reactivation Policy for how changes take effect.

4. Rewards and The Vault

Rewards listed in The Vault are provided by the athletes themselves. ralli helps facilitate delivery but is not the fulfilment party. You must provide accurate delivery details and engage reasonably with athletes to claim rewards. Some rewards may be limited, time-bound, or subject to eligibility criteria.

5. Community conduct

• Treat athletes, other members, and the ralli team with respect at all times.
• No harassment, abuse, discrimination, sexualised messaging, or threats.
• No requests that compromise an athlete's safety, integrity, or governing-body rules.
• No use of ralli to promote gambling on athletes, to solicit outside payments, or to circumvent the platform.
• Messages sent through the community area are moderated and may be reviewed by ralli.

6. Content licence

You retain ownership of messages, comments, and content you post. You grant ralli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and moderate that content on the platform and in related communications with the athletes you back.

7. No guarantees

ralli does not guarantee athlete performance, selection, results, media exposure, or reward delivery timelines. Backing an athlete is an act of support — outcomes depend on the athlete and factors outside our control.

8. Athlete active-status attestation

To protect members from allocating credits to athletes who are no longer actively pursuing their sport, every athlete on ralli must complete an Active-Status Attestation at least once every 12 months confirming they are still training and competing (or working toward return from injury).

• Athlete profiles display a "Confirmed active" signal with the month of the most recent attestation, so you can see how current it is before you back them.
• If an athlete's attestation becomes 30+ days overdue, ralli automatically pauses their profile from receiving new backing pending review, and members see a transparency notice on the profile.
• If an athlete discloses retirement or a material change to their competitive plans, ralli will pause the profile and contact affected members. Where appropriate, ralli may redirect undrawn balances in line with our Refund and Cancellation & Reactivation policies.
• Attestations are self-declared and, where relevant, cross-checked against milestone activity and public information. ralli cannot verify every event or training session, and members acknowledge the attestation is a good-faith signal, not a warranty.

9. Suspension & instant cancellation

ralli reserves the right to instantly cancel or suspend your membership without notice or refund where, in our reasonable judgement, you have breached this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or community guidelines — or where your behaviour towards athletes, other members, or the ralli team is abusive, harassing, unsafe, or otherwise poor. This includes conduct on and off the platform that materially damages an athlete or the ralli community.

10. Data & privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored by ralli.

11. Disputes

Disputes about backing, rewards, attestation outcomes, or account decisions are handled by the ralli operations team. Final decisions on suspensions and cancellations rest with ralli.
